What I loved most about John was his ability to truly listen. He gave me the space to be vulnerable and made me feel completely safe sharing about myself. His knowledge is so impressive, but what stood out was his flexibility in tailoring his recommendations - it’s made any changes I’ve made manageable and sustainable.
